KATHMANDU, Feb 10: The Dahal-Nepal faction of Nepal Communist party (NCP) is organizing a mass gathering in the capital today in a bid to show its strength.

The gathering is being organized to show their strong differences over the dissolution of the lower house of the federal parliament. President Bidya Devi Bhandari had dissolved the parliament at the recommendation of Prime Minister K P Oli on December 20 -- something the Dahal-Nepal faction has termed unconstitutional.
