Dahal calls on Doval in New Delhi

KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who is currently on a four-day official visit to India, has met with Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.

KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who is currently on a four-day official visit to India, has met with Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.


According to Dahal's personal secretariat, Dahal and Doval held talks for about three hours on Thursday evening.  The meeting focused on the issues related to the bilateral interests.

It is learnt that in the meeting, both the leaders stressed the need to immediately implement the agreements reached between the two countries recently.


This is Dahal’s first visit following the unification between the two parties.


Dahal left for India on Thursday. He will return home on September 9.
