So far the drama titled "Ati Bho" which literally means ' it is too much' in English has been performed at 18 locations of Rapti Sonari and Duduwa rural municipalities, said programme coordinator Ram Kumari Chaudhary. "We have planned to perform it in 30 places of seven wards," she said.

Child rights activist Krishna Giri said the performance of drama taking place for three years had contributed to a fall in the cases of child marriage.

The drama has left a positive impact in the society, according to Duduwa rural municipality-5 ward chair Parshuram Budhathoki .

Girls' Circles in Banke have urged the local levels in writing to be sensitive towards the prevention of child marriage and VAW, demanding their initiations to bring perpetrator(s) in these criminal acts within the ambit of law, shared Diksha Neupane, chair of Khajura rural municipality-level Girls' Circle.
