DANG, May 25: Two contractors have been arrested in Dang for carelessness in the road construction work.

Both the contractors were involved in constructing four-lane roads in Dang. CDO of Dang Gajendra Bahadur Shrestha informed that those arrested are Padam Sharma from Kanchharam Shankarmali Joint Venture (JV) and Prakash Mahatra of Parvati Construction. Sharma’s firm was responsible for the construction of the road in Ghorahi and Mahatara’s firm was assigned the road construction work in Tulsipur.
“We are searching for other such contractors,” CDO Shrestha said.
