Communist leaders on a 12 days trip to China

KATHMANDU, June 20: A twelve member delegation from UCPN (Maoist) and CPN-UML are heading to China on Monday, on an invitation from the communist party of China.



Six leaders each from both parties are on a twelve days trip to China. Indramohan Sigdel, Maoist politburo member and international bureau acting in charge, will be leading the Maoist delegation.[break]



 Ishwori Bhattarai, Laxman Panta, Ashok Lamsal, Sita Theve Javagu and Shankar Lama of Maoist will be going on the trip as well.



UML delegation led by alternative politburo member Dharmanath Pratap Shah, includes Central Committee member Khemraj Poudel, Bhesraj Adhikari, Prajwal Chapagain, alternative Central Committee member Gauri Oli, and District Chairman of Dhankuta, Rajendra Rai.



The team will be visiting Great Wall of China and Beijing among other places.
