KATHMANDU, Sept 26: A collision between two scooters in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-2, Lainchaur, has resulted in a fatality.
The incident involved scooters with the registration numbers Ba 79 Pa 5478 and Ba Pra-02-036 Pa 7449.

The victim, Rupesh KC, 21, a resident of Melung Rural Municipality-5 in Dolakha, was riding the scooter numbered Ba Pra-02-036 Pa 7449. He sustained serious injuries from the collision and succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at the teaching hospital in Maharajgunj. Authorities have detained the other scooter rider.
