KATHMANDU, May 23: Westerly winds and local air circulation are currently influencing the country's weather, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM). Moist air from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea is also adding to the cloudy conditions.
This afternoon, clouds are expected to cover the hilly regions of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces, while the rest of the country will likely experience mostly clear skies.
