According to DSP at CIAA Himal Shrestha, they took the containers under their control acting on information over the expiry dates of the Dabur products being exported.
“The cargo containers were confiscated in connection with the information the Dabur products, which have already expired the date, are being of exported to India and we will inform other facts after the investigation,” Shrestha said.

However, a clearing agent of Dabur Nepal has accused of creating unusual environment by confiscating the containers.
It is learnt that the containers were being exported to India via railway.
