KATHMANDU, July 19: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday arrested a technical non-gazetted officer (Nayab Subba) at Transport Management Office, Bagmati with graft.
The CIAA in a statement said that Surya Bajra Bajracharya was arrested for demanding Rs 15,000 kickback from a service seeker for renewing driving license.
