The expo will feature stalls of land and housing traders from Kathmandu, Pokhara, Itahari, Birjung, Butwal and Hetuda, said Dineshkumar Chuke, president of the fair organizing association.[break]
The expo will altogether feature 160 stalls dealing with products ranging from paints cement, furniture to engineering consultancy, interior designing, electrical products, bricks and cements. “The expo will help prospective buyers to choose the best land from the popular sites in Chitwan,” Chuke told Republica.
According to the organizers, the fair will greatly reduce difficulties buyers face while directly purchasing land in Kathmandu without having prior knowledge.
“The expo will also include interaction programs on measures necessary to adopt before constructing houses,” Chuke further said adding that during the expo they will also promote short-distance tour packages. The fair will also see participation of non-resident Nepalis from countries like Qatar, Dubai and Russia, among others.
The organizers believe that the expo will give a boost to the housing sector.
