KATHMANDU, Sept 9: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, who is currently visiting Nepal, called on President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the latter’s residence Shital Niwas on Monday evening.
According to the spokesperson at Office of the President Keshav Prasad Ghimire, President Bhandari and FM Wang discussed on various issues including bilateral relations, and cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, President Bhandari said that this high-level visit would help strengthen political as well as age-old people-to-people ties between the two countries.
Foreign Minister Pradeep Gyawali and senior government officials accompanied the president during the meeting.
