Yang informed this to Koirala at a meeting at the latter´s residence in Maharajgunj Friday morning.[break]
"The ambassador told me that the visit was postponed due to China´s own domestic reasons," Koirala told reporters after the meeting.
The postponement of the Chinese premier´s visit triggered diverse speculations with some describing it as a diplomatic failure on the part of Nepal while others relating it to an uncertain future of the current government.
