KATHMANDU, Oct 28: Chief Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi has tested positive for coronavirus.

Bairagi shared on Twitter that he has been diagnosed with COVID-19. He has urged everybody who came in contact with him recently to take precautions.
"I have tested positive for covid-19. Those who came to close contact with me in the last few days please take necessary precautions and do the needful," Bairagi wrote.
