Previously, the company had only three operational charging stations.

Having introduced 40 electric buses a year ago, Sajha Yatayat has encountered operational limitations due to insufficient charging infrastructure, resulting in only 22 buses currently being in operation. With the establishment of the new charging station, the company aims to facilitate the expansion of its electric bus fleet.

The company, which faced shortage of land for the construction of a charging station, built a charging station in the parking yard of its office in Pulchowk. The company has built a charging station on the land leased to Nepal Telecom.
