Issuing a press statement on Saturday, party's Chitwan Secretary Mahesh blamed the government for acting against the spirit of the 12-point Comprehensive Peace Accord and Interim Constitution.
Among the captured land, 82 bighas land is in the name of Mercantile Company, 75 bighas land belonging to different persons, 36 bighas land of Padam Prasad Silwal and 14 bighas of land belonging to Dilip Kumar Shahi.
Like wise, Shyam Chaudhary's 18 bighas and a bigha land in the name of Bala Ram Dharel at Bhandara.
According to the statement the seized properties will be handed over to the landless squatters.
