KATHMANDU, Aug 17: Spokesperson of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand, Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma, has been arrested yet again.
A team of Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu arrested him again immediately after the apex court issued an order for his release.

“Bishwakarma was arrested on the charge of an arson attack he had carried on the Ncell tower in Kavrepalanchowk district few months ago,” said DSP Mohan Thapa.
Earlier, Narendra Bahadur Bishwakarma son of Khadga Bahadur Biswakarma had filed a writ of habeas corpus at the SC demanding his father’s release.
Hearing the case, a joint bench of Justices Cholendra Shamsher Rana and Tej Bahadur KC had issued an order for his release.
A Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police had arrested Bishwakarma on the charge of extortion on August 7.
