The CA meeting has been postponed yet another time as political parties are still trying to forge consensus on the outstanding issues of constitution writing, now chiefly related to restructuring of state and system of governance. [break]
The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) earlier endorsed a proposal by CA Chairman Subash Chandra Nembang asking for more time to allow political parties to continue with their negotiations over the disputed issues.
