Talking to journalists at Biratnagar Airport on Sunday, he said no doubt should be expressed rather one and all should work to create environment to hold the CA election in the slated time.
Gachchhadar said the HLPC was a constitutional arrangement and that demanding the scrapping of the committee is to push the nation towards further uncertainty.
He said the constituencies could be increased to balance the population ratio in each of them and the Constituency Delineation Commission would work in this regard.
The HLPC Chairman urged the agitating parties to participate in the election process instead of spending time in disrupting the election process for it was the present need in the nation.
