Landslide occurred at a place called headbox in Tinau rural municipality, Palpa along the way, police said. This is the sixth time this monsoon that the road has been obstructed at the same location.

As a result, a large number of travellers have been affected. Incessant rainfall has been hampering efforts made to clear the debris of the landslide, the Western Regional Traffic Police Office, Butwal has said. Hence, it will take some time before traffic is resumed along the roadway. RSS
