Bus going from Kathmandu to Rajasthan meets with accident in Dhading

KATHMANDU, June 23: A passenger bus traveling from Kathmandu to Rajasthan, India, has met with an accident in Galchhi, Dhading. District Police Office, Dhading, stated that some passengers were injured in the accident and the condition of one of them is critical.

KATHMANDU, June 23: A passenger bus traveling from Kathmandu to Rajasthan, India, has met with an accident in Galchhi, Dhading. District Police Office, Dhading, stated that some passengers were injured in the accident and the condition of one of them is critical.


The bus (registration number AR 06 E 7031) met with the accident today at 8:55AM at a turning of Galchhi Rural Municipality-7 as the bus went out of control.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Santu Jaiswal of District Police Office, Dhading, there were 30 passengers in the bus. He said that some of them were injured and they were sent to a hospital. DSP Jaiswal said that one of the injured children aged around 10-12 years is in critical condition.


Meanwhile, the police have detained the bus driver.
