According to the Bhajani Police Office, another boy is missing after drowning in the river. A search is on for him.
The deceased are 12-year-old Bharat Bogati, son of Man Bahadur Bogati and 14-year-old Rahul Karki, son of Ram Kumar Karki of Bhajani VDC-3.
The missing boy has been identified as 11-year-old Thaman Singh BK.
A police team that had reached the incident site upon learning about the incident had rescued the two boys and took them to the Bhajani Primary Health Center for treatment. But they died on the way while being taken to Dhangadhi for further treatment.
