A statement distributed at a function says that apartments at Comfort Residency will be spacious, equipped with all amneities and luxurious. Its two-bedroom apartment will spread in an area over 1,450 square feet. Three-bedroom apartments will stretch cover 1,779 - 2,464 square feet and duplex bedrooms will be of up to 2,692 square feet.
Shrestha said that the cost of apartments at the ground floor stands at Rs 8,300 per square feet, and the price will go up by 1 percent for every rise in the floor. The Residency will have facilities like swimming pool, gym club, community hall, basement parking, space for pool, generator backup for community space, children´s play area and community office room, among other things.
"We will complete the project within 30 months as we have a pretty productive workforce," said Shrestha. The company opened bookings for apartments in the first tower from Thursday.
Comfort Housing had previoualy developed stand-alone houses and apartments in different places of Kathmandu Valley such as Lazimpat, Budhanilkantha and Sitapaila. "I believe Comfort Residency will be popular among people because of its fine finishing and attractive look," said Shrestha.
