Most of the paintings featured in the exhibit focus on the theme of expression and facial features such as emotions of children, women and men. About the exhibition Irma Tonteri, the participating artists’ teacher from Pekka Helonen Academy, said, "I am happy for my students as they were able to visit Nepal and exhibit their work in the country. This is an opportunity and a chance for them to learn."

The exhibition was inaugurated by Finland's Ambassador to Nepal, Jorma Suvanto.
