It’s okay to feel sad, cry out loud and listen to sad lonely playlist over and over again. It’s okay to feel empty from deep inside, and release frustration, be destructive or be silent. It’s important that you do things to help get over your misery. Take your time, but don’t run and hide from your pain. Learn to accept them and overcome them as well. Don’t let your pain haunt you. Acknowledge them for making you stronger.
You may feel like you are the only one going through all this but look around, there are thousands of people struggling and fighting their individual battles. Don’t take upon the burden on your shoulder; nobody will understand you until you express what’s happening to you. There are people going through a more difficult situation, but are still rising and holding themselves strong.

Remember, pain and hardships are temporary. It won’t last forever. You just need to calm yourself down and move on. Don’t hold onto things that hurt you. Store good memories and let the bad memories fade away. Moving on is not easy as it seems but it’s not impossible either. Don’t let the fear of falling apart crash you down. Always give yourself, the first priority.
Don’t beg for anything that’s slipped by. That only makes you weak and kills your self-esteem. Be bold and bright because there are thousands of reasons to be happy about. Life is full of surprises and it might surprise you with beautiful things in coming days but holding onto that darkness won’t let you see the bright sunlight in front of you.
Understand your goals and dreams of your life. Life doesn’t stop because you messed up once, or you see dark clouds hovering overhead. This is your journey and you are the only one who owns it. You are not broken, you are getting stronger and this is what life is about.
