An environment of trust will not be there unless the Maoist becomes a civilian party, he said speaking at an interaction organised here Wednesday. [break]
"Let us first talk about the issues of peace process and forge consensus and then only we can easily select a new prime minister," he said, urging the Maoist party to mend its ways.
"Those who were announcing that a consensus government will be formed within two hours of the resignation of the present majority government have not become serious yet," he said.
The failure to form a new government has tarnished Nepal´s image in the international community and people are conceived a feeling of detestation towards leaders, he said.
He urged youths to remain watchful and vigilant for the promulgation of a constitution that is acceptable for all people.
At the function, Constituent Assembly members Pradeep Gywali and Laxmi Pariyar expressed commitment to ensure the participation of youths in constitution drafting process.
