KATHMANDU, Sept 14: The Bar-Bench coordination committee held a meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana and discussed various contemporary issues on Monday.
"We discussed various contemporary issues relating to judiciary, justice delivery and bar-bench coordination," said Supreme Court Spokesperson Baburam Dahal, adding that formation of constitutional bench, review of recent court verdicts, and report of Justice Harikrishna Karki also featured in the meeting.
Meeting of five-party coordination committee postponed
The meeting was attended by CJ Rana, senior most Justice Deepak Kumar Karki, Justices Mira Khadka and Harikrishna Karki from the court while Chairperson of Nepal Bar Association Chandeshwor Shrestha, Supreme Court Bar Chairperson Purna Man Shakya, senior advocates Harihar Dahal and Shambhu Thapa, Attorney General Khamma Bahadur Khati and Chief Registrar Lal Bahadur Kunwar.
