According to District Police Office, Morang, a Bolero Pick-Up van, Ko 1 Cha 8668, was vandalized while it was returning from Jhapa after delivering Nagarik and Republica daily newspapers this morning.

The banda enforcers have smashed windshield and a looking glass, said Dahal.
