KATHMANDU, Jan 20: Domestic flights have been affected due to bad weather in the morning.

Apart from Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Tumlingtar, other airports were closed due to low visibility. Buddha Air stated that its flights were affected due to bad weather this morning.
The sky of Kathmandu has been covered with thick fog since morning. There has been light rainfall in the morning. The Meteorological Forecasting Division has requested to take necessary precautions as the possibility of rain and snow could further increase the cold.
