KATHMANDU, Feb 22: Austria's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Karin Kneissl, arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday for a three-day official visit to Nepal.

This is the first ministerial visit from Austria to Nepal in 30 years. During the visit, a bilateral meeting will be held. The foreign ministers of both the countries will head the respective delegations at the meeting. The Austrian minister's entourage has 13 members including five journalists, according to foreign ministry spokesman Bharat Raj Paudyal. The Austrian minister hold will hold meeting with Prime Minister KP Oli and also attend a function organized by the Institute of Foreign Affairs.
