KATHMANDU, Sept 18: The annual general meeting of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company endorsed the proposal to distribute 11 percent cash dividend to the company's shareholders.

The benefit also includes cash dividend required for tax purpose, according to a press release issued by the company.
"Work on our another project Kabeli B-1 (25 MW) is also going in war-footing," the release said. The project is expected fo begin generation by mid-April 2017.
