MUMBAI, Aug 10: Anushka Sharma, who is on a roll with Salman Khan starrer “Sultan” reportedly entering the Rs 300 crore club, is busy preparing for her new film, which will once again see her paired with superstar Shah Rukh Khan. She has started preparations for Imtiaz Ali’s project.
The 28-year-old actress, who made her debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi,” will be romancing the superstar again in the upcoming movie, which will go on floors soon.
“Script -Best companions for prepping a new film. Wonderful feeling. Few days before we roll @iamsrk #ImtiazAli,” Anushka tweeted, alongside the picture of the script of the film and a cup of coffee.
Shah Rukh Khan chills on yacht in Maldives
The character sketch of the roles to be played by Shah Rukh and Anushka are yet to be disclosed.
Shah Rukh Khan, 50, made the official announcement of the film in March.
It is the first time the “Fan” star and Anushka will be working with the “Tamasha” director.
Meanwhile, Anushka has entered a league of her own by having two projects in her filmography to have surpassed the Rs 300 crore mark. The first was “PK”, in which she starred with Aamir Khan and now “Sultan”, starring Salman Khan.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan is busy with his most-awaited film of the year Raees opposite Pakistani actress Mahira Khan which is scheduled to release in January next year. He is also busy with Gauri Shinde’s next movie called Dear Zindagi opposite Student Of The Year actress Alia Bhatt. Recently, they unveiled the first look of the movie on Twitter. SRK will also be seen in Aanand L Rai’s upcoming film which has already become the talk of the town.
