KATHMANDU, March 15: Acting Chief Justice Deepak Raj Joshee has said that he will unveil his action plan at 1:00 today. He is preparing to make public his action plan organizing a press meet at the Supreme Court.
Joshee has taken the responsibility as the acting Chief Justice after Judicial Council Secretariat handed Parajuli a retirement letter stating that his term expired on August 5, 2017.

The assigned benches include Justices Om Prakash Mishra and Tanka Bahadur Moktan, Cholendra Shumsher JBR and Dambar Shahi, Deepak Kumar Karki and Bam Bahadur Shrestha, Kedar Prasad Chalise and Purusottam Bhandari, Sharada Prasad Ghimire and Sapana Malla, Mira Khadka and Prakash Man Singh, Hari Krishna Karki and D. Ananda Mohan Bhattarai, Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha and Ishwar Prasad Khatiwa, Anil Kumar Sinha and Tej Bahadur KC.
Acting CJ Joshee formed benches to hear the pending cases at the Supreme Court on Thursday.
The Council issuing a letter in this connection signed by the Council’s Secretary Nripa Dhoj Niraula declared Parajuli’s removal from the post while he was administering the oath of office and secrecy to Bidya Devi Bhandari, who was re-elected as president for the second term on Tuesday, at Sheetal Niwas.
