Analyzing the causes of pimples on different parts of your face gives you the basis on what your body is trying to tell you with pimples. Have you ever wondered why acne appears more or less likely on the same spot? Or why acne appears only in certain parts but not equally dispersed all over? Then it's probably time to consider the underlying problems with some suggestions.1. The hairline
This is usually caused by improper and incomplete removal of makeup, infrequent hair and scalp cleanliness or excessive use of hair-care products that clog pores. Make sure you remove all traces of makeup before you sleep and wash your face and hairline twice a day.
2. Forehead and between brows
This indicates an overloaded liver, toxin build up and lack of water. But it may also be caused by hair fringes, as bacteria accumulation from dirty hair stains the skin. I strongly suggest you to better avoid smoking, drinking alcohol and get more sleep. Also consider consuming fewer chocolates. It isn't that hard to give up on them.
3. Around eyes/nose
This is caused due to the lack of essential nutrients in your diet, and also indicates poor liver condition and immense stress. Reduce your fat intake; eat tons of green veggies and fruits. Try to avoid eating late, especially right before bedtime. They can even promote dark circles around your eyes.
4. Tip of the nose and nose wings
Indicates weak digestion. Pimples on the nose also indicate problems on the cardio-vascular system. The heart may lack vitamin B and protein. So, eat less pungent foods (spices, garlic, etc). Avoid cold food items and do morning exercises or workout at least an hour every day.
5. Around lips and jaw line
This is caused by poor lymphatic drainage, intestinal colic or constipation and consumption of more toxins, but can also indicate Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Include more food containing fiber, drink green tea, and maintain proper hygiene.
6. Cheeks
Upper cheek: Pimples on your upper cheeks are directly linked with lungs. Outbreaks here can be caused by smoking or passive smoking and also if you are living in a highly polluted area. Depending on the side you sleep on, dirt can transfer to your cheeks and clog your pores.
Lower cheek: This is an indication of poor dental hygiene. Infection inside the mouth, especially involving your gums will show on the outside too.
This doesn't mean you need to sleep uncomfortably straight, just change your pillowcase twice a week and keep your dental hygiene on top priority. Avoid junk foods. Also check your sugar intake as it increases formation of sebum. Include more veggies and fruits. Never overeat.
7. Chin
It is directly linked to your small intestine. Therefore, poor diet and food allergies cause breakout in this region. Usually women get pimples in this region around 'the' time of the month. Hence, pimples on the chin indicate hormonal imbalance and might also be signs of PCOS. Get enough rest and avoid eating right before bedtime.
