KATHMANDU, April 1: Rainfall with the wind has been forecasted to take place in most of the places of the country tonight night due to the impact of westerly and local wind, according to the Weather Forecasting Division. There is a possibility of rain due to the impact of local and westerly wind, said Meteorologist Ganga Nagarkoti.
Most of the parts of western region have witnessed change in the weather while rainfall and wind in some parts of the eastern hilly areas. There would be high influence of westerly wind system in hilly areas.
Rain and snow forecast as Westerly wind becomes active
According to the Division, hilly areas would witness partial cloudy in the morning on Thursday while rainfall with thunderstorm is likely in one or two places in the same afternoon.
Similarly, weather in eastern and mid hilly areas of the country would see cloudy weather and the remaining areas would remain clear on Friday. As per the latest detail of the Division, the minimum temperature of Kathmandu on Wednesday is 12.8 degree Celsius and maximum temperature is 28.2 degree Celsius.
