KATHMANDU, August 1: A 35-day arrest warrant has been issued against Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand.

The district court has issued arrest warrants against them on charges of attempt to murder and crimes against the state by detonating arms, ammunition and explosives.
They have been asked to appear before the court within 35 days. The Chand-led CPN has been conducting various violent activities across the country lately.
