CHITWAN, July 4: Three persons were killed in a bus mishap that occurred at 2:45 am today in Ward-3 of Ichchha Kamana Rural Municipality situated along Prithivi Highway. Five others sustained injuries in the accident.
The bus with 26 passengers aboard, which was bound to Dhangadhi from Kathmandu, met with an accident after it abruptly lost its control.

The deceased have been identified as the bus driver Dinesh Rana Magar, 30, a resident of Kailali, Rajkumar Tharu, 26, and his three month old daughter. Tharu was a resident of Bardiya Magaragdhi-6.
Likewise, the injured have been identified as Lila Tharu of Bardiya, 30, Dhan Kala Tamanna of Tikapur-7 in Kailali, 40, Radhi Dagauda of Dhangadhi-2, 47 and Dila Devi Shah of Kailai, 60 . Shah was rushed to Pokhara Regional Hospital while five others were rushed to Gandaki Medical College.
According to Chitwan Police, the deceased have been brought to Bharatpur Hospital.
Area Police Office, Muglin was involved in rescuing the passengers as soon as they heard news about the incident.
