MORANG, Sept 23: Kamlis Majhi, 26 of Budhi Ganga-6, Morang, died on Wednesday evening after being electrocuted while fishing in the Trijuga River in Budhi Ganga Rural Municipality.
The incident took place when he was fishing in the river with an electricity line from his home, according to Morang Police Spokesperson DSP Deepak Shrestha.

Majhi succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar. Police said that the incident is being investigated.
