The deceased have been identified as Dhanmaya Lawati, 31, of Chulachuli-4 and Priti Limbu, 40, of Chulachuli-6.
Police Inspector at the District Police office, Yam Bahadur Poudel, a herd of tuskers attacked them when they were out of house to attend nature's call at 5:00 am.
The tuskers, came from Chulachuli-based jungle, returned back to the jungle after attacking the women. RSS
