NUWAKOT, Dec 14: As many as 17 people have died in a mini truck accident that occurred in the district on Friday evening, confirmed District Police Office, Nuwakot.
The identities of the deceased have yet to be ascertained. The accident took place when the ill-fated bus was heading to Sisipu of Ghyangphedi from Dupcheshwar rural municipality-7.

Over 40 people were traveling in the mini truck, police said.
