15-member UML delegation off to China

KATHMANDU, Nov 12: A 15-member CPN-UML delegation led by the party’s Senior Vice Chairman Ishwor Pokharel left for China today, at the invitation of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

KATHMANDU, Nov 12: A 15-member CPN-UML delegation led by the party’s Senior Vice Chairman Ishwor Pokharel left for China today, at the invitation of the Communist Party of China (CPC). 


The delegation includes the party’s Secretary Lekhraj Bhatta and Standing Committee Member Gorakh Bahadur Bogati, among others. The team will attend the Second Global South Think Tanks Forum to be organized in Nanjing, according to the party's publicity department member Deepak Gyawali. Pokhrel is set to address the Forum.

The UML delegation will also attend official programs in Jiangsu, Wuhan, and Beijing. The delegation will return home on November 21.
