The equipment will be installed in Machhegaun, Pulchowk Campus, Ratnapark, Bhaktapur, Khumaltar, Chandragiri, Kapan, Teku, Dhulikhel among others, according to Shankar Prasad Poudel, Senior Division Chemist at the Department.
However, Ratnapark, Pulchowk and Dhulikhel will see the first phase of installation of the monitoring machine in few days, shared Poudel. There are two such equipments in the office of ICIMOD, three in the DoE and four in the Sustainable Urban Transportation Project in the Valley but not functional yet.
Poudel said, "We will install the equipment in all 15 places by mid-November provided we procure the devices in required number."RSS
