KATHMANDU, Nov 5: Ten people were killed and two others were rescued alive when an overcrowded jeep veered off the road into the Tholo Bheri River in Dolpa, according to Bhupendra Thapa, chief district officer.
The jeep, Bhe 1 Cha 1610 was en route to Supani from Dunai, the district headquarter.

The passenger jeep veered 50 meters off the road at Kala Gowda. The jeep's driver and a passenger are undergoing treatment at District Hospital.
Rescue efforts is ongoing and further detail is yet to come.
