1 UML, 1 NC and 1 Independent register victory in Mustang (update)

KATHMANDU, May 15: Nepali Congress has won the post of chairman in the Lomanthang rural municipality as Subarna Bista has secured the highest six hundred three votes. His nearest rival Indra Dhara Bista, an independent candidate secures four hundred 95 votes.

KATHMANDU, May 15: Nepali Congress has won the post of chairman in the Lomanthang rural municipality as Subarna Bista has secured the highest six hundred three votes. His nearest rival Indra Dhara Bista, an independent candidate secures four hundred 95 votes.


Likewise, NC has won in the post of vice chairperson as Pema Dolma Bista of NC secured six hundred 52 votes defeating her close rival Pasang Dolker Gurung who secured three hundred 33 votes.

Similarly,Aas Bahadur Thakali of CPN-UML has been elected as Chairman of Gharapjhong rural municipality in Mustang district.


Pramila Gurung of the same party has been elected as vice-chair of the same local unit. Both of them defeated Nepali Congress candidates, said district police chief DSP Harihar Yogi.


Likewise, an independent candidate Lopthang Chemdol (Raju) Bista has been elected as chief of Dalome rural municipality in Mustang district.


He secured 755 votes while his nearest rival Dhoka Gurung of CPN-UML secured 601 votes, according to district police chief Yogi.
