ITAHARI, May 23: A man died on the spot while 30 others sustained serious injuries in a bus accident that took place at Itarahi Aapgachhi along the Koshi Highway on Wednesday.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. The incident occurred when a bus, Na 4 Kha 4258, heading to Dharan from Siraha, turned turtle at 10:30 am due to over speed, said police.

According to Area Police Office, Itahari, some of those sustaining injuries are receiving treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences while some are receiving treatment at local health centers.
