BANIYANI, Nov 14: Police have arrested a youth from Mechipul in Jhapa Mechinagar Municipality-6 along with two grams of brown sugar on Saturday. The arrested youth has been identified as Pradip Basnet, 22, of Arjundhara Municipality-6, according to the District Police Office.
