Bhumishwar Dhakal, Spokesperson at the Office of the Chief of the Province, said that province chief Amik Sherchan, summoned the meeting of the Provincial Assembly for March 1 on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 183 (1) and Article 166 (2) of the Constitution.
