KATHMANDU, July 19: Vianet Communications has opened a new customer service center at KL Tower, Chabahil.
"As the demand for Internet is increasing day by day and the emerging need of addressing that need is important, the addition of this center will further help address the need," the company said in a statement.
The center will provide services like bill payments, basic support and also handle inquiries about new packages.
According to the statement, the company is working to be present in more outlets in major areas around Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur with the aim of providing better customer support and services.
Vianet has fiber coverage all around Kathmandu and Lalitpur, according to the statement. It has also started providing Fiber Optics Internet services in Bhaktapur as well.
