KATHMANDU, April 13: Unitech Hydropower is set to issue its initial public offering (IPO). The company has scheduled its second annual general meeting (AGM) for May 3.
According to the company, a proposal to approve the IPO issuance will be tabled at the AGM. In total, seven proposals will be presented during the meeting.
Purwanchal Lube Oil to issue IPO

The agenda includes discussion on last fiscal year’s profit and loss statement, the auditor’s report, appointment of a new auditor, the company's financial and operational plan, IPO issuance, and amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association.
The company is currently developing the Upper Phawa Khola Hydroelectric Project, a 5.8 MW hydropower project located in Taplejung District. This project is part of the broader Upper Arun and Ikhuwa Khola Hydroelectric Projects initiative, which also includes the Ikhuwa Khola Hydroelectric Project.
