KATHMANDU, Sept 19: The main opposition party, CPN-UML, is organizing a special programme at Narayan Chaur in the capital on the occasion of the Constitution Day on Wednesday. The program will be held at 7 AM.
UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has called one and all to attend the program and take their selfie with the national flag, said UML's Publicity Department Secretary Gagan Bista. Chairman Oli has urged all to celebrate the Constitution Day around the slogan, 'Morning Walk, National Walk: Selfie with National Flag' in commemoration of the day when the citizen's rights were written in the Constitution of Nepal.
Harisiddhi, Chaur emerge victorious
Chairman Oli has appealed to mark this year's National Day at the people's level in a grand manner, assembling at local Narayan Chaur.
