UML expels five leaders for ‘supporting Bhim Rawal’

The ruling coalition partner CPN (UML) has expelled five more leaders from the party for supporting its former vice-chairman Bhim Rawal.

KATHMANDU, Feb 2: The ruling coalition partner CPN (UML) has expelled five more leaders from the party for supporting its former vice-chairman Bhim Rawal.


The UML has taken action against its Sudurpaschim Province advisory council members Lal Bahadur Khadka and Hark Kunwar, as well as provincial committee members Jang Bahadur BK, Dudhkala Bista and Keshar Miya. Khadka and Kunwar are also former members of provincial parliament of Sudurpaschim Province.

According to secretary of the Sudurpaschim chapter of the UML Rana Chand, the party expelled the leaders for supporting Bhim Rawal.
